Elana has joined Coordinate Industries in 2017. Her technical skills, detailed oriented mind as well as her ability to direct, motivate and lead her team, has made her an integral part of Coordinate Industries’ Quality Management Team. Elana has Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and Master Degree in Quality System Engineering from Concordia University, giving her vast knowledge of statistics and advanced Quality Assurance techniques, which enables her to improve process efficiency and organization’s profitability by reducing waste. She has also received Six Sigma Green Belt certificate (a Quality Assurance, Process Improvement and Optimization certificate) from American Society of Quality (ASQ).
